A major internal refurbishment was undertaken for this small terraced cottage set in the conservation area of Sherston. Due to the age of the cottage and the series of previous additions it was imperative that we worked closely with the structural engineers and provided a cost effective solution to the client whilst also maintaining the structural stability of the cottage. Épure were appointed to obtain planning & building regulations consent as well as manage the tendering process. It was also an ideal opportunity for Épure to present the proposals using 3D images which was a requirement by the client.
