Épure Design was appointed by Crest Nicholson South West to develop this small pocket of land as part of the larger masterplan of the Swindon development following the successful completion of a previous phase. A fully coordinated detail design package was provided to obtain NHBC approval for the 13 private dwellings consisting of both traditional 2 storey houses and 3 storey town houses.
