Épure Design was commissioned to develop the planning approved scheme into fully detailed technical drawings. The site comprised of 6 large detached & semi-detached timber frame dwellings. This was the first development undertaken by the client and Épure were active in guiding them through the development process ensuring that there obligations were met such as meeting Health & Safety & Building Regulations requirements.
As well as providing the detailed drawings for Building Regulation approval Épure also coordinated and managed the design team consultants as well as undertaking regular site visits.
