Appointed by Linden Homes Western to undertake the detailed design working drawings for parcels 37 & 38. The Schemes combined consisted of a total of 93 plots of mix tenure including 4 apartment blocks up to 4 storeys.
The site was constructed in traditional masonry to 2013 regulations with improved fabric energy efficiency and utilising sustainable building techniques such as the use of solar PV panels to roofs.
