Bretforton is a rural village located in Worcestershire and east of Evesham. Épure successfully completed the detailed design working drawings package for the development of 48 houses with mix tenure of private and affordable housing.
The Architectural influences for the houses was taken from the local area which provide the scheme with a distinctive and bespoke character. The inclusion of a centrally located open space help to create a focal point within the development.
The method of build consisted of a mix of timber frame and traditional masonry construction.
