Epure Design was commissioned be Crest Nicholson South West to undertake the detailed design works for a new contemporary range of house types.

The site  comprised of 145 units of mix tenure built using traditional masonry construction and timber frame. Due to the unique bespoke nature of the houses numerous details were required to pick up items such as material junction changes, eaves details, terraces/balconies, feature panels etc.
