Bretforton

Following the grant of planning permission Épure Design has been commissioned to undertake works, from RIBA Stage E, on a development situated in the rural village of Bretforton, Worcestershire.

The development situated in the heart of the village consists of 48 high quality residential units, of which 35% will become affordable, to meet local needs.  A new public open space will also be created to serve both new and existing residents and encourage social activity.

Designs have now commenced on this development and Épure are currently working closely with the engineers to ensure the scheme is delivered on time and within budget.  The dwellings will also be designed to achieve Lifetime Homes and Code for Sustainable Homes requirements and will utilise both timber frame and masonry construction.
