Épure Design were appointed by Crest Nicholson South to undertake the detailed design work for West Park, Epsom.
Epure design undertook the detailed design of 6 executive houses over 10 plots. Designed with sustainability in mind. CO2 emissions across the whole development are just under half those of a more conventional one; this was achieved using renewable energy technologies and construction techniques that reach the highest levels of environmental stewardship. Every home is connected to a wireless internet network to encourage working from home and reducing reliance on regular travel. The homes are also designed to align with stringent requirements of the Code for Sustainable Homes, as well as being flexible enough to adapt to different needs as their occupants’ lives evolve.
