For the final phase of this large residential development comprising of 64 dwellings, with mix tenure of affordable and private housing overlooking the community centre and surrounding public open. space, Épure was commissioned by Crest Nicholson Midlands to provide full detail design and NHBC approval.
Épure were actively involved in the project working closely with the client and the Housing Association to meet their individual requirements. In addition to providing a fully coordinated detailed design package, Épure also undertook numerous site visits, audits and reports to ensure the scheme was fully optimised.
