Four Ashes Road is a highly sort after area in Bentley Heath, Solihull and Épure Design were appointed to complete the detailed design working drawings package for all new dwellings. This site gained permission for 28 mixed tenure of private and affordable housing consisting of two, three and four bedroom houses with associated vehicle parking.
The new site is situated within the grounds of the existing house which has been incorporated into the new site plan. The Architectural influences for the houses was taken from the local area and are of mock Tudor design. The preservation on original trees and landscaping has enabled this urban infill to remain in keeping with the surrounding built environment.
