As part of the Crest Nicholson Regeneration project in the world heritage city of Bath Epure were appointed to undertake the detailed design for Albert Crescent
Set on the bank of the River Avon offering spectacular views of Bath the development consists of a selection of 1 & 2 bedroom apartments and 2,3 & 4 bedroom Mews houses, waterfront Villas and townhouses.
Due to the curved nature of the building and unique mansard roof design this project certainly provided design challenges. The roof was perhaps the most challenging aspect of the design being constructed in timber and finished in rheinzink in a colour to match the Bath stone. This development pushed the boundaries of all the team involved from design, build, suppliers, specialists but has no doubt achieved great results.
