Work continues on the Crest Nicholson Executive range of houses at Noble Park, Epsom.
Épure were delighted to be appointed to provide the detailed design working drawing package for this new development consisting of 10 executive houses in Surrey. These high specification houses have been designed and constructed based upon the Fabric Energy Efficiency Standard (FEEs) which aims to deliver low and zero carbon homes by 2016.
As well as being energy efficient these dwellings have been fitted out internally to a very high standard including log burners, Villeroy & Boch sanitary ware, walk in showers and wet rooms and iPod docking stations with integrated sound systems to principle rooms.
Attention to detail was of the up most importance for this project due to the executive nature of the dwellings.
