Épure to commence planning works & building regulations for an extensive Structural refurbishment of a Grade 11 Listed former Bakery.
After a successful meeting with the Conservation Officer we have been instructed by the client to proceed with preparation of the planning drawings for internal and external alterations to this former Bakery. Épure have already undertaken a measured survey and will now develop the clients brief whilst also ensuring the Conservation Officers recommendations are considered.
