Épure working with Award winning chef brothers

Award winning chef brothers and co-owners of Michelin Star restaurant “Casamia” have approached us to help them design and submit a Building Regulations application for a 50 seat Pizzeria dubbed “Pi Shop”, on the increasingly popular Portishead Marina.
The 50 seat “Pi Shop” will boast a state of the art wood fired pizza oven in which a unique menu of pizzas will be cooked in. The restaurant will also offer views looking out onto the Portishead Marina along with a relaxed, family orientated atmosphere.
